Guild members from Rogue Creamery, Rivers Edge Chevre, Pholia Farm, Tumalo Farms and Tillamook Cheese discuss the importance of the guild and the art and craft of making cheese in Oregon. It also features a pretty snazzy split screen effect just perfect for featuring beauty shots. Enjoy!

This video was produced for the American Cheese Society Conference 2011 and supported by the Dairy Farmers of Oregon.
